FATHOM 3-STEP PROCESS:
1. CONSULT
We listen with the Deep Insight necessary to fully understand and accurately gauge your organization’s performance challenges. We don’t and won’t sell training programs that can’t accomplish your goals. A client assessment and proposal is provided.
2. SELECT
A training program is selected to provide Direct Results by addressing performance challenges from the range of courses we offer. A custom combination of training modules from several courses may also be suggested to best address your needs. Training proposals are reviewed and discussed and agreements are signed.
3. DELIVER
Dates are set for training on-sight at the client’s facility or at one of our regional training facilities. Results are evaluated and follow-up requirements determined.
